My current feeling:
Sexy Boho.

My current thoughts are:
Wearing a new River Island shirt today but open. Underneath I have a silk black cami top, and under that a silk black quarter cup bra. Feels a bit sexy, edgy but fun and casual. Popping into town later so it it’s a bit cooler, the nips will probably put in an appearance but I don’t care. Not like anyone around here notices. Found that although my soul style is Classic, I like the occasional edge, or Boho, or Romantic. I can dress my classic up or down any which way.

My physical state is:
Uncoordinated.

My physical state is a result of:
I did 2 15min Leroy energiser workouts last night when I got home. They were so much fun but showed up how uncoordinated I am. The first one was ok. A cardio combat release. Pretty straight forward. The second was Aerobic Dance. Barely got one foot in front of the other let alone getting arms involved too. Just as well no one was watching and I was able just to flail around by myself. Still worked up a sweat and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Serious admin day.
2) Feeling sexy in what I’m wearing
3) Fresh flowers for the lounge.

My desired emotion for today is:
Committed.

I am a woman who:
Applies herself.

Today I will let go of:
Self doubt.

Today I choose to add:
Cheerleading.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
I posted about yesterday’s workouts on my fitness journey Insta and on the Body Coach FB community and tagged Leroy in both. He liked and responded to both.  I had also posted something to the SOSI page and I saw Tonya Leigh had actually liked it personally too. I had such fangirl moments.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
These people are incredibly busy and have thousands and thousands of followers. What I really like about the Body Coach community is that Leroy and Joe take time to personally interact with people. Joe and Tonya both have teams that do the majority of their social postings, but they both take time to interact personally too. And that matters to people.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Clear, motivated direction and accomplishment. Busy time coming up and need to be on it.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Get back to scheduling and all the ways I know low to stay focussed.
