Grateful

My current feeling:
Grateful.

My current thoughts are:
Heading home today after a great AGM weekend. Everything went smoothly in the end. A technical problem got resolved. We got into all the venues ok and we were well fed and watered. I can go home satisfied I pulled it off with the help of as small, local team. And of course, I’m grateful to C who has done all the driving, all the fetching and carrying, and supporting whatever I needed, whenever I needed it

My physical state is:
Relaxed.

My physical state is a result of:
Apart from wallking and a bit of ringing, I haven’t done any exercise since last Wednesday. Desparately in need of a light workout to get back in the swing, but it’ll have to wait til tomorrow.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Travel home.
2) Food prep for the rest of the week.
3) Learners and normal practice tonight.

My desired emotion for today is:
Relaxed.

I am a woman who:
Gets back on it.

Today I will let go of:
Negativity.

Today I choose to add:
One degree turns.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
So gratefull to everyone involved in pulling this weekend off.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
Lots of good comments. Need to round off with a survey and lessons learned to feed into next years programme.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Get back to healthy eating and exercise.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Check in this month is not going to be good after this weekend. I’m not going to lose the weight or cms I’ve put on this weekend, by Friday but hey ho!
