Returning

My current feeling:
Returning.

My current thoughts are:
Back to work. Back to healthy eating, back to walks and podcasts, back to workouts, back to routine and normality. I have enjoyed the weekend away, even the stressy parts, but glad to be back to the familiar sights, sounds and smells of home. Slept so much better last night.

My physical state is:
Stiff.

My physical state is a result of:
Really can tell I need to move more. A 5hr journey home in the car I was starting to get restless and achy. At least going ringing got some movement in but my back is complaining a bit. I put 3lbs on over the weekend and check in is coming up in a few days, so need to shift it quickly.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Seeing what work there is for me to do.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Workout this evening.

My desired emotion for today is:
Focussed.

I am a woman who:
is making one degree turns towards her desired outcomes.

Today I will let go of:
Negativity.

Today I choose to add:
Positive interactions.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Managed to fire out some quick emails yesterday.

The thoughts that support my celebrations:
It’s important to fire out the thank you emails quickly to everyone who helped make the weekend go smoothly to acknowledge their hard work in a successful weekend. I also added my bit to the EACR CC Reps discussion on the Motion vote to put more context to it.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
There’s lots to follow up on from the weekend. I’ve made a note of several actions I need to do, but there are many the CC Exec need to follow up on too.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Weather has taken a turn into autumn so need to think about wardrobe swapping soon.
