My current feeling:
Uplifted.

My current thoughts are:
Back from holiday and getting back to normal. Chores, ringing, meeting and more ringing ahead for today, but I feel good about it all. Unhurried, unworried. I did weigh myself this morning and have put on 7lbs over 4 days. I’m not even bothered by that too much. I know why, because I ate and drank too much and didn’t, and in some cases, couldn’t, make healthier choices. I still don’t have it programmed in my brain to automatically opt for the fruit, or salad, particularly in colder weather when you want something warming and comfy. But I do know, and have faith in the fact that all that will come off again fairly quickly when I get back on plan, eating prepared food that balances out and keeps me full and satisfied. And driking more water, keeping me hydrated and helping flush things through.

My physical state is:
Tired.

My physical state is a result of:
A little tired due to a late night last night. There’ll be plenty of ringing today and I will plan next weeks workouts knowing I can now do them first thing in the morning too, which will give me options for Fridays and Saturdays.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Ringing half muffled for Remembrance Sunday.
2)  Preparing good food for the week ahead.
3)  Peal attempt this afternoon and meeting this evening.

My desired emotion for today is:
Ready to get back on it.

I am a woman who:
is elegant, healthy and wealthy.

Today I will let go of:
post holiday weight worries.

Today I choose to add:
planning.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Planning for success.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Getting back on track and back to healthier routines. Will be food prepping for breakfasts and lunches for the working week and planning in new cycle workouts as much as possible.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Healthier, elegant and wealthy responses.
