My current thoughts are:
An easy first day back at the office. A couple of meetings, a cancelled coaching call and 133 emails to go through, the majority of which were circulars. It seems one piece of work I was going to be involved in has been shelved for this year, so one less thing to do. However, there is another piece of work I’ve been asked to do and a project management task I can enquire about and see whether I want to get involved in. So, things looking up a bit. I have a couple of pieces of work I want to get finished off this month.
My physical state is:

I did my first workout of this new cycle last night. It was pretty full on, and I couldn’t keep up with the pace, but not a bad effort for the first one post holiday.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Wearing a fabulous dress and accessorising it up.
2) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
3) Workout #2.
My desired emotion for today is:
Focused.

I received a couple of compliments on my new top at ringing.
The thoughts that support my celebrations
I bought a new jumper whilst on holiday and wore it yesterday. H complimented me on it as soon as she arrived saying the colour (burgundy) was really nice, and it suited me. Later on we were just about to ring something and CC said something about being unelegant then said I was the most elegant person in the room with what I was wearing. This person is not usually known for saying nice things about people.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Identify my core values and I am…statements. This month’s SOSI topic dives deeper into using them, so I really need to sit and think what mine are.
