My current thoughts are:
I’m glad it’s the end of another working week for me. One more then I have 2 weeks off. Yesterday’s brunch was good, lots of chatter and laughter. A couple of hours out, then working from home, no commute so early workouts. Back to the office today and see what transpires.

My physical state is:
Good.

My physical state is a result of:
Another good 12 Days of Christmas workout followed by an Abs Blaster. I can definitely feel, and see my core getting stronger and leaner. Managed the 45s plank holds too.

I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2)  Help someone with some academic referencing.
3)  Workout and abs challenge.

My desired emotion for today is:
Relieved.

I am a woman who:
Prioritises self care.

Today I will let go of:
Worry.

Today I choose to add:
Peacefulness.

My wins, accomplishments, gratitudes for today:
Good food choice at brunch.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
Chose well for brunch, a dish that included eggs for protein, feta, squash and sourdough. It was very nice, and filling. I managed not to snack too much at home afterwards. I had one berry bar, and a mince pie with my cup of mint tea, then dinner.

I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
Healthy food choices over the weekend. Thats usually my downfall.

Words of advice, wisdom, encouragement, humour from my future self:
Thought the scales were too good to be true yesterday. This morning I’ve gone back up 2lbs!
