Packing.
My current thoughts are:
We’re off tonight for a long weekend away ringing so I’ve had to start packing last night, and leave all my stuff out ready for C to put in the suitcase today. I have packed workout gear with the intention of doing something every morning before breakfast. I’m also going to try really hard to make good food choices and restrict over indulging. I’ve packed the measuring tape ready to checkin on Saturday morning.
My physical state is:
Stretched.
My physical state is a result of:
Managed a quick 20min resistance band session before ringing last night. That was a good choice to ease myself back in after 6 days without.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Find something for C’s birthday.
3) Travel and weekend away.
My desired emotion for today is:
Calm.
I am a woman who:
can calmly go into the weekend.

Resistance.

Flow.

Our learners did well again. One was trebling to Plain Bob Doubles, one rang it inside, and plain hunt on 7, and one rang touches inside unassissted.
I want to improve the following for tomorrow:
