I know I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again. I need to get back to being productive, positive and energised at work. Yesterday was a slow day, meetings cancelled, only a couple of emails that actually required any action, and no-one about. I watched the recaps of some meetings from last week that I’d missed, just to make sure there wasn’t anything I needed to be aware of. Other than that, not a lot happened. Today should be different though. Tuesdays seem to be my heavier meeting day, provided they don’t get cancelled on me.
My physical state is:
Stiff.

More ringing last night and was feeling a bit stiff after the weekend and ended up ringing heavier bells most of the evening. Looking forward to trying a new workout this evening from Advanced Cycle Plus 6.
I will make today extraordinary by:
1) Lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) Elegant dressing.

The thoughts that support my celebrations
C did a small food shop yesterday meaning I could get some quick prep done last might, for on plan meals and snacks today. Looking forward to trying to create one of them at work with just a microwave.
