My 30 Day Goal is:
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.

Current Thought:
So far, so good. 2.3L of water yesterday, plus coffees and wine. Combined with really sticking to plan like a limpet this week the scales dropped another 1lb overnight meaning I’m now in the 12 stone zone.

Current Emotion:
Thrilled.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
Tracks the evidence to support the success.

Todays Sweet Spot:

I’ve broken the back of the fear of drinking so much water.

I feel:
Delighted with progress so far.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) (mind) reading Brene Brown’s Dare to Lead.
3) (soul) last waking day before a weekend away and no meetings or colleagues around.

Future Self Pep Talk:
How you manage yourself when you’re on your own with no one to interact with, and how you manage to still be productive despite not having any real work to do, is a testament to your coping skills, self starter, independence and perseverance.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Finally made it to the 12 stone zone. Just got the timeline wrong. Do your damndest to keep losing and don’t let weekends away and pub lunches over the next couple of weeks derail you.
