My 30 Day Goal is:
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.
Current Thought:
Today is going to be difficult regarding exercise and water drinking. We’ll be spending a significant amount of time in the car travelling to Nottingham. I have done a quick 10 mins abs workout from my cycle and will be walking into town shortly for my massage, but that’s about as active as its going to get today.
Current Emotion:
Relaxed.
Todays Standard:

Gives herself permission to enjoy the weekend and gives herself grace not to worry too much about not working out.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
We’ll have a great time with E, M+ E and the weather is going to be nice for lots of walking. I’m looking forward to my massage and relaxing into the day.
I feel:
Light and airy. Ready for a buelly weekend.
I do:
1) (body) 10 mins abs workout first thing followed by a deep tissue massage.
2) (mind) time to read a little.
3) (soul) get lost in the scenery and relax on the journey.
Future Self Pep Talk:
A monthly massage has become a non-negotiable since joining SOSI and elevating my self care regime. Allowing my back, shoulders and neck to be unravelled has helped keep my core strong, to help me walk tall.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Another day in the 12 stone zone. I realise this weekend may change that but at least I know I can get there and it is doable.
