My 30 Day Goal is:
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.

Current Thought:
Did manage 2.4l of water afterall yesterday. And, surprisingly over reached my cardio load target, despite being in the car for 4 hrs. This was because I did a quick abs workout, then when I walked into town and back, I walked so fast, my watch logged it as a run, as well as when we walked from our hotel to E’s house. I’m not going to argue, I’ll take it

Current Emotion:
Relaxed.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
allows the day to flow.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Eating healthily will be difficult today but I’ll try to make the best choices I can. I’ll try to get as much water as I can too.

I feel:
One day isn’t going to matter too much it its not to plan.

I do:
1) (body) Lots of walking today.
2) (mind) being playful with little E.
3) (soul) being out in the fresh air, rejuvenating and interesting day out.

Future Self Pep Talk:
One day off plan every now and then doesn’t derail you. You know you can get back on it quickly and make the best of when you can’t.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Pleasantly surprised by having reached water and cardio load yesterday.
