Intentional

My 30 Day Goal is:
No spending money on new clothes or jewellry.

Current Thought:
Decided to become more intentional with my Signature Goal, my WOTYs past and present, and mix up my workout routine. Mid year reset has awakened me to how I had been just drifting around my goals and habits rather than fully leaning into them. I usually just repeat the workouts I have on each cycle until next check in, but I decided to join the Body Coach Bat Shit Crazy gangs Summer Ready challenge. Seven weeks of various workouts. Some of them I don’t have access to yet because they are more advanced cycles than I’m on, so I’ll swap those out for a workout in whatever cycle I’m on at the time. I did the first one yesterday and noticed how much easier some of the moves were how I’m more advanced. It’ll be fun to mix things up a bit.

Current Emotion
Intentional.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is more intentional in her goals and habits.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Resetting my mindset will shift to another level.

I feel:
Refocused and clearer on the objectives and desired outcomes.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Evening workout.
2) (mind) reset and refocus on goals.
3) (soul) getting back to good habits that stretch every part of me.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Taking time to reflect on your goals, habits, desires and direction gave you clarity on where you are and what you want to achieve.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Making the decision to reset, refocus and level up. Nothing changes unless you make it.
