Annoyed

My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose at least 8lbs.

Current Thought:
Another pretty quiet day at work. Had a good catch up with a colleague putting the world to rights, and both having a bit of a moan fest. Did 2 short workouts when I got home, 15 mins dumbbell conditioning followed by 10 ins abs. My bum is really sore now! Did some work with C in the evening on the CC AGM programme. He barked at me about it, so after I quickly joined a meeting I’d forgotten about, I made him come in the study to look at it. He’d calmed down a bit. We got the layout plans done all bar tidying up the numbering. We really do need to get that done and sent to the printers by the weekend.

Current Emotion
Annoyed.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
finds calm and peace, even when she’s frustrated, annoyed and fed up. She finds an inner sanctuary to retreat into to keep herself from onslaught.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Today will be another day to get through at work. Then it’s the weekend with lots of bitty things to do, and places to be.

I feel:
Relieved C and I got his grumble out in the open, and I didn’t just accept it, but gave a counter to it, so he knew it was as much down to him as me.

I do:
1) (body) Lunchtime walk. Workout.
2) (mind) find a space of quiet sanctuary.
3) (soul) plan for the weekend.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Everyone makes mistakes. What differs is how and what we learn from these mistakes.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Consistently used my 75kgs again for my workout. That’s probably why my bum hurts so much.
