Current Thought:
The Roadshow went very well. All but one exhibitor turned up, people turned up, the tables went well and were well attended. It was a long day from 8am setting up, and we didn’t get away until 6.30pm after the last exhibitor left site. Overall, the weekend was a success, with lots of compliments about it, and about the organisation from the exhibitors. I also got more compliments about my weight loss. Call then went nite the city for a lovely, itslow served dinner, cocktails, wine and limoncello. We weren’t awake too long after getting back to the hotel.

Can now relax after the weekend. Long journey home via E&Ms, then food prep for the rest of the week. Depending on how I feel,and how much time we have, I may consider a workout before ringing this evening.

The weekend was a success all round. Today will mostly be travelling and getting back to normality for the rest of the well. Long journey, time to relax.
I feel:
Tired but pleased how everything went. Only a couple of very minor complaints, from people who didn’t read the instructions properly. Lots of good comments and thanks for an excellent weekend.
I do:
1) (body) Mostly resting on the journey, but ringing tonight.
2) (mind) Let the events of the weekend dissipate and not worry about dealing with the aftermath for a day or two.
3) (soul) rest, recoup, regather.
