Raising

My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.

Current Thought:
Stopped off at Nottingham on the way back from Sheffield yesterday. We were there in time to walk to Little E’s new school, to collect her with Big E . She was excited to see Grandad and was telling her teachers Grandad’s here. She even rushed over to hug him and held his hand on the way back when crossing the roads. when we eventually got back to Essex, I had food prep to do for the rest of this week, then fired out a number of thank you emails to the organising team, the exhibitors and speakers. Then it was time to go ringing. It was nearly 11.30pm by the time we got home and I was shattered.

Current Emotion
Raising.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is raising her game. Having spent the weekend chatting to lots of people, making my point, having fun, and being business like, I’ve used a mix of magnetic skills. I need to get back to elegance and beauly after a week of practical and downplayed.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Today will be a fairly typical Tuesday. Some meetings, some empty time. I may or may not get to do a workout this evening, before attempting a quarter peal for our learner again.

I feel:
Warm in the afterglow of lots of nice compliments over the weekend about the organisation, and also my weightbss.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Maybe a workout. Ringing.
2) (mind) move on now to the next event to be organised.
3) (soul) deep breaths, calm and prepared.

Future Self Pep Talk:
You’re never too old to learn something new or develop an existing side of yourself.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Glad the weekend is over. Grateful for everything C did before and during the event to help and keep me sane.
