My 30 Day Goal is:
Do at least 2 strength workouts each week.
Current Thought:
Yesterday was a standard day at the office. A couple of short meetings, a few emails off the back of those, then quiet. I did get out for my lunchtime walk, and even jogged most of the road at the back of the site, where noone could see me. No time for a workout, straight into a zoom meeting when I got in, dinner, then straight out ringing again. This time our learner rang the treble to a quarter of Plain Bob Doubles. She did really well. C was straight on the computer when we got back home so I just sat on the sofa and rested.

I think:
Its going to be another quiet day. No time for workout, as more ringing this evening. Need to fit in some exercise where I can.
I feel:
I’m missing working out, stretching and pushing my body, and will struggle to get going again. I need to fit in what I can, when I can.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Ringing.
2) (mind) read, research and find things of interest.
3) (soul) consider the coming weeks when things should drop back to normal and routine.
Future Self Pep Talk:
If we did the things we are capable of doing, we would literally astound ourselves.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Glad M scored her second quarter peal last night. 2 for 2! Glad we got to do them before she heads to Uni at the end of the month and I can pass her Level 3 Learning the Ropes.
