My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.

Current Thought:
All good things yesterday. Called my touch of Plain Bob Minor and enjoyed it. Scored the peal in the afternoon, which was another first for someone. Chaired the meeting in the evening which was friendly and fun, everything coming along nicely. A good day.

Current Emotion
Happy.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is happy the way most things are going currently. Work is more interesting and varied. Apart from one issue, ringing seems to be going ok at the moment. I’m pushing myself out of my comfort zone more. I’m curating the life I want to lead more, including being more relaxed around issues that are not of my making.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I have some new SOSI content be catch up on. Some project meetings scattered throughout the day. No learners practice, so I can do a workout before ringing.

I feel:
Ready for the start of a fresh week. Committed to sticking to my plan and goals.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout. Ringing.
2) (mind) open and ready for new learning.
3) (soul) commit to myself.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Being proactive is take responsibility for your actions instead of blaming circumstances.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Chuffed with calling a new touch of Bob Minor, and for the successful peal yesterday.
