My 30 Day Goal is:
Lose whatever weight to get to 170 lbs.

Current Thought:
A productive day yesterday. Got up to date with all my projects. Made sure all the necessary documentation was updated ready for tomorrow’s Project Wall session. Had some comments back on my business case, so I need to read through and decide whether they’re anything I need to incorporate or not. Started to go through and put some of the actual figures in now. No learners practice, so I had time to try a workout from my new cycle. I chose a 30min HIIT and managed to keep up most of the time. My wrists have been playing up over the last few days, so mountain climbers and the like were more of a struggle. Not too many people at normal practice so we stuck to ringing 8 bell methods. Only 3 of us to the pub afterwards, so didn’t stay too long.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
wants to learn new things and get out of my comfort zone a bit more. Makes sure she’s done the work.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’m ready to push hard in workouts; to learn how to call new touches to methods, or even just go and stop to things. I’m ready to level up my life and see what I can achieve.

I feel:
Ready and determined to level up across the board.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout.
2) (mind) project updates and progress reports.
3) (soul) ready for a shift.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Spend your time on achieving priorities rather than scheduling them.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
A 30 minute workout on a Monday. I got to call some call changes and start and stop a course of Superlative. Maybe someone is getting the hint.
